The Partnering Masterclass will allow you to discover your own physicality and body creativity through the encounter and interaction with another person.

A body to body communication to discover and improve your listening and connecting skills.

The workshop includes:

2 hours of Partnering Masterclass focused on the work in pairs to explore physically the different actions and relationships that can be established between two bodies (persons).
1 hour of relaxation with the Energy Enhancement System at Light House Ibiza

Sabrina and Naseem will teach choreographic materials as a basic vocabulary to start playing. The contact technique (partnering) is accompanied by moments of laboratory and improvisation to encourage the creation of a more personal and free body expressiveness.

The masterclasses are dedicated to everyone interested in body expression and movement reasearch. All ages are welcome and no previous experience in dance or bodywork are required.

Sabrina Camera

Graduated in 1991 as a dancer and teacher at the S.P.I.D. (Italian Professional Dance School) in Milan.

Studying different styles she fell in love with Contemporary, Dance Theatre and Contact Improvisation.

She works for various theatres and collaborates with various artists in Italy and abroad as a dancer, choreographer and teacher.

Always fascinated by the mystery of the body and its expressions, Sabrina now lives in Ibiza also working as a massage and Ortho-Bionomy therapist.

Naseem Roberto Baffa

Graduated with honors in Philosophy, in 1992 he began studying Contemporary Dance and Dance Theater and in 2001 he specialized at the Atelier di Teatrodanza della Scuola d’Arte Drammatica Paolo Grassi in Milan.

He has performed with various companies and theaters in Italy and Europe and has taught dance and physical training in schools and movement centers.

In 2001 he trained as an AYM massage therapist and since 2014 he is also teaching his bodywork method that combines Ayurvedic Yoga Massage with Myofascial Release and Postural Alignment.

Naseem now lives in Ibiza where he devotes time to healing arts, dance and meditation.
